全国人大常委会办公厅拟于7月1日（星期三）上午10时在人民大会堂台湾厅举行新闻发布会，欢迎中外记者参加。
2015年6月24日至7月1日，十二届全国人大常委会第十五次会议将审议国家安全法草案和全国人大常委会关于实行宪法宣誓制度的决定草案，如获通过，我们将邀请全国人大常委会副秘书长韩晓武、全国人大常委会法工委副主任郑淑娜回答与两部法律有关的问题。
请有意参加的中外记者，于6月30日下午5时前，凭本人有效采访证件向全国人大常委会办公厅新闻局（西城区前门西大街1号）报名，领取新闻发布会请柬和停车证。

Notice for Press Briefing
Dear Journalists,
You are cordially invited to attend a press briefing held by the General Office of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress (NPC) in Taiwan Hall of the Great Hall of the People at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 1, 2015.
The 15th session of the 12th NPC Standing Committee is reviewing the draft law on national security and the draft decision to institutionalize pledges of allegiance to the Constitution. If the drafts are approved by the session, Han Xiaowu, deputy secretary-general of the NPC Standing Committee, and Zheng Shuna, vice-chairperson of the Legislative Affairs Commission of the NPC Standing Committee, will be invited to answer questions from the press over the new laws.
You are kindly reminded that there will be no interpretation for the press briefing. Please raise your questions in Chinese.
If interested, you may pick up the invitation letters and parking permits from the Information Bureau of the General Office of the NPC Standing Committee (Address: No.1 Qianmen West Street, Xicheng District) by showing your valid press card before 5:00 p.m., June 30, 2015.
Please show invitation letters to enter the North Gate of the Great Hall of the People and park your cars at the North Gate with the parking permits.
