由中国和东盟10国经贸主管部门及东盟秘书处共同主办，广西壮族自治区人民政府承办的第12届中国—东盟博览会、中国—东盟商务与投资峰会(以下简称 “两会”)定于2015年9月18—21日在广西南宁举行。中国—东盟“两会”期间，中国和东盟国家领导人、政要以及政界、工商界人士将出席和参加一系列相关活动。
现将记者报名参加会议采访活动的有关事项通知如下：
一、报名时间从本通知发布之日至2015年9月6日。
二、食宿及交通安排记者到南宁采访会议，往返交通食宿费用自理。会议期间，经确认后的记者入住由“两会”组委会推荐的酒店（邕州饭店，地址：广西南宁市民主路18号，邮政编码：530012，电话：0771-2101088，传真：0771-2835268）。 “两会”期间，组委会为记者在广西采访提供公共交通。

The 12th China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO) and the 12th China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit (CABIS), co-sponsored by authorities in charge of economic and trade affairs of China and 10 ASEAN countries as well as the ASEAN Secretariat, organized by the People’s Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, will be held on 18th-21st September, 2015 in Nanning, Guangxi, China. Heads of state/government from China and ASEAN countries, leaders of political and commercial and industrial circles will attend the events. II. Accommodation and Transportation All expenses of your accommodation and round-trip fares are on your own responsibility.
