10月30日开幕的十二届全国人大常委会第十七次会议正在审议种子法修订草案、关于授权国务院开展药品上市许可持有人制度试点和药品注册分类改革试点工作的决定草案。如获通过，我们将邀请全国人大农业与农村委员会法案室副主任张福贵，全国人大常委会法工委经济法室副主任岳仲明，农业部种子管理局局长张延秋，国家食品药品监督管理总局法制司司长徐景和出席，共同回答与这两部法律案有关的问题。
请有意参加的中外记者，于11月4日上午11时前，凭本人有效采访证件向全国人大常委会办公厅新闻局（西城区前门西大街1号）报名，领取新闻发布会请柬和停车证。

Notice for Press Briefing on November 4, 2015
Dear Journalists,
You are cordially invited to attend a press briefing held by the General Office of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress (NPC) in Beijing Hall of the Great Hall of the People at 16:00, Wednesday, November 4, 2015.
The 17th session of the 12th NPC Standing Committee, which started on October 30, is reviewing the draft revision to Seed Law and the draft proposal to change the drug examination and approval process aimed at promoting pharmaceutical innovation and quality. If the drafts are approved by the session, officials from relevant departments will be invited to answer questions from the press over the new laws.
You are kindly reminded that there will be no interpretation for the press briefing. Please raise your questions in Chinese.
If interested, you may pick up the invitation letters and parking permits from the Information Bureau of the General Office of the NPC Standing Committee (Address: No.1 Qianmen West Street, Xicheng District) by showing your valid press card before 11:00 a.m., November 4, 2015.
Please show invitation letters to enter the East Gate of the Great Hall of the People and park your cars at the East Gate with the parking permits.
