12月19日开幕的十二届全国人大常委会第二十五次会议正在审议中医药法草案、公共文化服务保障法草案、环境保护税法草案等。如获通过，我们将邀请全国人大教科文卫委、全国人大常委会法工委、财政部、国家中医药管理局等相关部门负责人出席，共同回答与这几部法律案有关的问题。
请有意参加的中外记者，于12月24日下午5时前，凭本人有效采访证件向全国人大常委会办公厅新闻局（西城区前门西大街1号）报名，领取请柬和停车证。

Notice for Press Briefing on Dec 25, 2016 Dear Journalists, You are cordially invited to attend a press briefing held by the General Office of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress (NPC) in Taiwan Hall of the Great Hall of the People at 4 p.m., Sunday, December 25, 2016.
The 25th Session of the 12th NPC Standing Committee, which started on December 19, is reviewing the draft Chinese traditional medicine law, the draft public culture service security law，the draft environmental protection tax law, etc.
Once they are approved, officials from education,secience, culture and public health committee of NPC, the Legislative Affairs Commission of the NPC Standing Committee, Ministry of finance, and State Administration of traditional Chinese medicine will be invited to answer questions concerning these laws.
You are kindly reminded that there will be no interpretation for the press briefing. Please raise your questions in Chinese.
If interested, you may pick up the invitation letters and parking permits from the Information Bureau of the General Office of the NPC Standing Committee (Adress: No.1 Qianmen West Street, Xicheng District) by showing your valid press card before 5 p.m., December 24, 2016.
