2月22日开幕的十二届全国人大常委会第二十六次会议正在审议红十字会法修订草案、企业所得税法修正案草案等。如获通过，我们将邀请全国人大常委会法工委、财政部等相关部门负责人出席，共同回答与这两部法律案有关的问题。
请有意参加的中外记者，于2月23日下午5时前，凭本人有效采访证件向全国人大常委会办公厅新闻局（西城区前门西大街1号）报名，领取新闻发布会请柬和停车证。
参会记者凭请柬进人民大会堂东门，车辆可凭证停放在人民大会堂东门停车场。

Notice for Press Briefing on Feb 24, 2017
Dear Journalists,
You are cordially invited to attend a press briefing held by the General Office of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress (NPC) in the Press Hall of the Great Hall of the People at 4 p.m., Friday, February 24, 2017.
The 26th Session of the 12th NPC Standing Committee, which started on February 22, is reviewing the draft of the Red Cross Society Law, the draft amendment of the Enterprise Income Tax Law, etc.
Once they are approved, officials from the Legislative Affairs Commission of the NPC Standing Committee, Ministry of Finance will be invited to answer questions concerning these laws.
You are kindly reminded that there will be no interpretation for the press briefing. Please raise your questions in Chinese.
If interested, you may pick up the invitation letters and parking permits from the Information Bureau of the General Office of the NPC Standing Committee (Adress: No.1 Qianmen West Street, Xicheng District) by showing your valid press card before 5 p.m., February 23, 2017.
Please show your invitation letter to enter the East Gate of the Great Hall of the People and Park your cars at the East Gate with the parking permits.
