关于参加第14届中国—东盟博览会、
中国—东盟商务与投资峰会采访活动的通知
由中国和东盟10国经贸主管部门及东盟秘书处共同主办，广西壮族自治区人民政府承办的第14届中国—东盟博览会、中国—东盟商务与投资峰会(以下简称 “两会”)定于2017年9月12日—15日在广西南宁举行。中国—东盟“两会”期间，中国和东盟国家领导人、政要以及政界、工商界人士将出席和参加一系列相关活动。现将记者报名参加采访活动的有关事项通知如下：
一、报名时间
从本通知发布之日至2017年8月31日。
二、食宿及交通安排
记者到南宁采访，往返交通食宿费用自理。会议期间，经确认后的记者入住由“两会”组委会推荐的酒店（邕州饭店，地址：广西南宁市民主路18号，邮政编码：530012，电话：0771-2101088，传真：0771-2835268）。
“两会”期间，组委会为记者在广西采访提供公共交通。
三、报名方式
1.“两会”组委会新闻宣传部负责接受内地、港澳台和国外记者报名，具体联系方式为：

Invitation to the 14th China-ASEAN Expo & 14th China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit

The 14th China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO) and the 14th China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit (CABIS), co-sponsored by authorities in charge of economic and trade affairs of China and 10 ASEAN countries as well as the ASEAN Secretariat, organized by the People’s Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, will be held from 12-15 September, 2017 in Nanning, Guangxi, China. Heads of state/government, and leaders of political, commercial and industrial circles from China and ASEAN countries will attend the events and relevant activities. To better serve media covering the two major events, you are kindly informed of the following issues:

II. Accommodation and Transportation
All expenses of your accommodation and round-trip fares are on your own responsibility. The Organizing Committee recommends qualified journalists after confirmation to check in at the Yongzhou Hotel (Tel: 0771-2101088, Fax: 0771-2835268, Address: No.18 Minzhu Road, Nanning, Guangxi, Zipcode: 530012).
Public transportation will be provided by the Organizing Committee for the coverage work of journalists in Guangxi during the CAEXPO & CABIS.
