全国人大常委会办公厅拟于12月27日（周三）下午4时在人民大会堂台湾厅举行新闻发布会，欢迎中外记者参加。

       12月22日开幕的十二届全国人大常委会第三十一次会议正在审议农民专业合作社法修订草案、烟叶税法草案、船舶吨税法草案、关于批准内地与香港特别行政区关于在广深港高铁西九龙站设立口岸实施“一地两检”的合作安排的决定草案等。如获通过，我们将邀请全国人大常委会副秘书长李飞和全国人大农委、全国人大常委会法工委、财政部负责人出席，共同回答与这几部法律案有关的问题。

       请有意参加的中外记者，于12月26日下午5时前，凭本人有效采访证件向全国人大常委会办公厅新闻局（西城区前门西大街1号）报名，领取新闻发布会请柬和停车证。

Notice for Press Briefing on December 27, 2017

Dear Journalists,

You are cordially invited to attend a press briefing held by the General Office of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress (NPC) in the TAI WAN HALL of the Great Hall of the People at 4 p.m., Wednesday, Dec 27th , 2017.

The 31st Session of the 12th NPC Standing Committee, which started on December 22, is reviewing the draft of the Revised Specialized Farmers Cooperatives Law, the draft of the Tobacco Leaf Tax Law, the Draft of Shipping Tonnage Dues Law, and Draft Decision on approving the cooperative arrangement of setting port to implement “One port Two inspection” in the West Kowloon Station, which is on Guangzhou Shenzhen and Hongkong high speed rail way between Mainland China and Hongkong Special Administrative Region,etc. Once they are approved, Mr. LI Fei, Deputy Secretary-General of the Standing Committee of the NPC, officials from the Agricultural and Rural Affairs Committee, and the Legislative Affairs Commission of the NPC Standing Committee, Ministry of Finance, will be invited to answer questions concerning these laws.

You are kindly reminded that there will be no interpretation for the press briefing. Please raise your questions in Chinese. If interested, you may pick up the invitation letters and parking permits from the Information Bureau of the General Office of the NPC Standing Committee (Adress: No.1 Qianmen West Street, Xicheng District) by showing your valid press card before 5 p.m., Dec 21st , 2017.

Please show your invitation letter to enter the Northern Gate of the Great Hall of the People and Park your cars at the Northern Gate with the parking permits.
