国务院新闻办公室将于2019年7月24日（星期三）发表《新时代的中国国防》白皮书，并于当日上午10时在国务院新闻办新闻发布厅举行新闻发布会，请国务院新闻办公室新闻发言人胡凯红和国防部新闻发言人吴谦大校、中央军委联合参谋部作战局副局长蔡志军少将、中央军委政治工作部宣传局潘庆华上校、中央军委后勤保障部财务局副局长王太国空军大校、中央军委改革和编制办公室协调督查局副局长王伟海军大校出席，介绍和解读白皮书有关情况，并答记者问。欢迎出席。
