国务院新闻办公室将于2019年7月25日（星期四）发表《平等、参与、共享：新中国残疾人权益保障70年》白皮书，并于当日上午10时30分在国务院新闻办新闻发布厅举行新闻发布会，请国务院残工委副主任、中国残联主席张海迪，国务院残工委副主任、中国残联理事长周长奎，中国残联副主席、副理事长程凯和国务院新闻办公室新闻发言人胡凯红出席，介绍和解读白皮书有关情况，并答记者问。欢迎出席。
