中共中央宣传部定于2021年4月22日（星期四）上午10时举行新闻发布会，请中共上海市委副书记、市长龚正，中共上海市委常委、常务副市长陈寅，中共上海市委常委、市委宣传部部长周慧琳围绕“初心始发地，再创新奇迹”主题介绍情况，并答记者问。
新闻发布会安排全程英文同声传译。本场发布会需报名参加，请于4月21日（星期三）下午4时前报名。
