国务院新闻办公室将于2022年11月4日（星期五）发布《新时代的中国北斗》白皮书，并于当日上午10时举行新闻发布会，请中国卫星导航系统管理办公室主任、北斗卫星导航系统新闻发言人冉承其和国务院新闻办公室新闻发言人出席，介绍白皮书有关情况并答记者问。欢迎出席。
新闻发布会安排全程英文同声传译。本场发布会需报名参加，请出席记者于11月3日（星期四）下午3时前报名。参会人员须提供48小时内核酸阴性证明、新冠疫苗全程接种证明，并全程佩戴N95口罩。

The White Paper on China's BeiDou Navigation Satellite System in the New Era

the White Paper

Simultaneous English interpretation will be provided.

Participants are requested to provide a negative nucleic acid test certificate issued within 48 hours as well as proof of full COVID-19 vaccination.
