国务院新闻办公室将于2023年3月16日（星期四）发布《新时代的中国网络法治建设》白皮书，并于当日上午10时举行新闻发布会，请国家互联网信息办公室副主任曹淑敏，全国人大常委会法制工作委员会、司法部有关负责人和国务院新闻办公室新闻发言人出席，介绍白皮书有关情况并答记者问。欢迎出席。
新闻发布会安排全程英文同声传译。本场发布会需报名参加，请于3月15日（星期三）下午4时前报名。参会人员须全程佩戴N95口罩。
