国务院新闻办公室将于2023年9月26日（星期二）发布《携手构建人类命运共同体：中国的倡议与行动》白皮书，并于当日上午10时举行新闻发布会，请中央政治局委员、外交部部长王毅，中央对外联络部副部长郭业洲，国家发展改革委副主任丛亮，文化和旅游部副部长、国家文物局局长李群，国家国际发展合作署副署长赵峰涛出席，介绍白皮书有关情况并答记者问。发布会由中央宣传部副部长、国务院新闻办公室主任孙业礼主持。欢迎出席。

新闻发布会安排全程英文同声传译。本场发布会需报名参加，请于9月25日（星期一）下午5时前报名。参会人员全程佩戴医用外科口罩。
