Dear media friends,

The State Council Information Office will hold a group interview themed "Forging Ahead on the New Journey" at the Beijing Centralized Photovoltaic Project and Barren Land Treatment Demonstration Base on the afternoon of September 23, 2026 (Wednesday). We will invite representatives of the energy sector to meet with the media and answer questions on the topic of "Promoting Green Energy Transition and Supply Security."

Following the meeting, journalists will visit the Beijing Centralized Photovoltaic Project and Barren Land Treatment Demonstration Base and the Miyun Hydropower Plant to learn about the development of photovoltaics and hydropower. The event schedule is attached. Transportation to and from the sites will be arranged.
